Taekwon-Do is the Korean martial art of self-defense. Similar to Japanese Karate in using various foot and hand techniques, Taekwon-Do is based on modern concepts of motion and physical training. This year-round program stresses students’ physical performance and their adherence to the five tenets of Taekwon-Do: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Fee includes instruction, color belt testing fees, and annual Federation membership. All classes are taught by black belt instructors certified by the United States Taekwon-Do Federation. In addition, our senior instructors are certified by the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
